• You need to be at least 16 years old (we can't handle parental consent, which EU law requires for younger users)
• Don't use the service for anything illegal
• Be respectful to other users

Your data

• Your data belongs to you
• We don't sell your data to anyone
• We don't use your data for advertising
• You can export your data anytime
• You can delete your account and data whenever you want

What we need from you

• Keep your account credentials secure
• Only upload activities that are yours
• Don't try to break or abuse the service

Our responsibilities

• We'll do our best to keep the service running
• We'll protect your data with reasonable security measures
• We'll notify you of significant changes to these terms
• We provide the service "as is" without guarantees

Changes and termination

• We may update these terms occasionally
• You can stop using the service anytime
• We can suspend accounts that violate these terms

What we collect and why

• Email address - to log you in and send important account notifications
• Activity data - GPS tracks, distance, duration, etc. to calculate your street completion
• Connected service tokens - if you link Strava or other services, we store tokens to sync your activities

What we don't do

• We don't track you across the web
• We don't use analytics or tracking cookies
• We don't share your data with third parties
• We don't use your data for advertising or profiling
